Prepare and operate complex production machinery by tooling and parametrization according to work orders. Monitor production sequences, inspect manufactured parts for defects, and support maintenance to prevent downtime.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to operate complex machinery and lift medium-heavy objects. Preferred candidates have at least two years of manufacturing experience and the ability to read blueprints.

Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information
Check production status within and in between each production sequence and taking action in case of deviations
Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes and follow documented procedures and processes
Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects and discard defective parts and follow proper protocol
Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English
Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment
Good visual acuity
Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with power tools
Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
Salary Range: $21.20 - $23.85
2nd and 3rd shift premium available
