Develop and optimize manufacturing technologies for new and existing motor products while managing prototype trial production and quality control. Oversee equipment procurement, production stability, and the implementation of lean production systems and EHS standards.
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in motor process design and be able to use English as a working language.

5 年及以上电机工艺设计相关工作经验。

2）核心工作职责
负责产品样件试制与质量管控，编制样件试制报告。
落地公司制造战略，编制制造工艺规范及作业指导文件。
制定设备采购与资本投入规划并推动落地；持续监控关键绩效指标（PCR、产能完成率、设备稼动率、生产成本等），制定改善措施，确保运营成果符合计划与预算要求。
以产量、质量、成本、交付、生产效率为核心目标，保障产线日常稳定运营。
统筹生产团队按时交付客户项目；统筹物料、设备、工装、人员等各类资源到位，确保各项质量指标达成。
推进 MOVE 降本项目与工艺优化工作，持续提升生产效率；搭建精益生产体系，常态化开展全员持续改善活动。
全权负责所辖区域环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理工作，严格遵守国家法规及舍弗勒内部管理规定；规范佩戴劳保用品，参与各类安全培训；发生安全事故或安全隐患第一时间向上级汇报。
主动推进质量达标（Fit for Quality）相关工作。
主动牵头落地 MOVE 改善项目。
主动落实健康、安全与安保相关管理工作。
落实环境管理相关工作要求。
