You will be responsible for accepting and handling donations with care while educating donors about the organization's not-for-profit partners. Additionally, you will work with your team to meet production targets and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.
The ideal candidate is a team player with experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, warehousing, or hospitality. You must be available for 32 hours per week across the specified shift schedule and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.

Reporting to the Manager on Duty or On-Site Donation Captain at our Burnside store, you will be responsible for accepting donations (treasures!) on behalf of our not-for-profit partners. You will wow our donors with your gratitude, helping them understand how their donation makes a difference and educating them on the wonderful work of our not-for-profit partners.
