The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and meeting budget goals. Key duties include overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. A passion for hair and beauty is required, and a cosmetology license is considered a plus.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
