The Outside Recovery Associate facilitates the efficient management of outdoor merchandising projects and assists customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior store area, pricing merchandise, and unloading delivery trucks.
Candidates must be able to stand or walk for long periods and lift between 30-50 pounds repetitively. Proficiency in using retail equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, along with strong communication and adaptability skills, is required.

The purpose of the Outside Recovery Associate is to facilitate efficient management of various projects in our outdoor merchandising area, with a core emphasis on assisting customers in loading their vehicles post-purchase. In addition, the role involves activities such as pricing and zoning outdoor merchandise, unloading deliver trucks, gathering shopping carts, attending to customer inquiries, and maintaining a pristine exterior presentation of the store, ensuring a warm and inviting entry for our customers.
