The Outside Recovery Associate facilitates the efficient management of outdoor merchandising areas and assists customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. The role also involves maintaining store presentation, pricing merchandise, and ensuring the parking lot remains clean and organized.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift or pull 30-50 pounds repetitively. Proficiency in using retail equipment and basic computer systems is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The purpose of the Outside Recovery Associate is to facilitate efficient management of various projects in our outdoor merchandising area, with a core emphasis on assisting customers in loading their vehicles post-purchase. In addition, the role involves activities such as pricing and zoning outdoor merchandise, unloading deliver trucks, gathering shopping carts, attending to customer inquiries, and maintaining a pristine exterior presentation of the store, ensuring a warm and inviting entry for our customers.
