Inventory Control: Receive, log, and organize incoming parts shipments; maintain strict inventory control and tracking protocols.
Interdepartmental Support: Collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfill parts orders quickly and minimize vehicle downtime.
Catalog Mastery: Use electronic parts catalogs (EPC) to precisely identify components and handle order routing (we will train you on this).
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For
Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn the business from the ground up and advance into higher-level positions within the organization.
Experience Level: Experience with Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, or Mazda parts catalogs is good but not needed. We are ready to invest in training the right person.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort learning new software, including electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS). Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Communication: Clear, direct communication skills to streamline operations and documentation between the parts counter, the service desk, and the body shop.
Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and a reliable, teachable attitude.
