The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and packaging meats for sale while maintaining clean tools and attractive displays. They also engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Candidates must be 18 or older, possess a current food worker card, and have knowledge of meat preparation techniques. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments is required.
