Perform various tasks in the ceramic production process, including creating molds, forming clay products, and glazing pottery. Responsible for loading kilns, packing completed orders, and ensuring quality control at all production stages.
Requires a high school diploma and the physical ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts in a plant environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

The ideal candidate will be a team player that can perform various tasks within the facility as part of the ceramic process, making our products as efficiently and accurately as possible.
