You will manage internal workplace IT infrastructure, including hardware provisioning, user account administration, and access permissions across various cloud systems. Additionally, you will support employees with technical troubleshooting and contribute to ISMS compliance and internal automation projects.
The ideal candidate possesses solid working knowledge of M365, Azure AD, Jira, and MDM/MFA protocols. You must demonstrate strong troubleshooting instincts, clear communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail regarding security and documentation.
We are hiring an Internal IT Support Engineer to keep our internal workplace tech running smoothly for everyone on the team. You'll be the person people turn to when a laptop won't cooperate, an account needs setting up, or access needs to change - and the one making sure our internal systems stay secure, documented, and well-organised behind the scenes.
This isn't a customer-facing IT role - it's about our own people and our own tools. You'll own the day-to-day reliability of workplace IT: devices, accounts, identity, permissions, and the internal systems everyone depends on.

You won't be doing this in isolation. You'll work closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure (who sets priorities and governance direction), the People team (who kick off onboarding/offboarding and handle physical access), employees' direct managers, the rest of the Internal IT team, InfoSec, DevOps - plus every single person at Ridango who needs a hand with their tech.
