💡 About the Role
RevoU helps people and organizations build AI-powered careers and workforces. Since 2019, we've reached over 2 million learners while partnering with leading enterprises and top universities in Indonesia.
As an Admission Intern, reporting directly to the Admission Lead, you'll help ensure a smooth experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. You'll support payment follow-ups, maintain CRM data quality, and engage with prospective students across WhatsApp, email, phone, and web chat.
You'll be one of the first points of contact for students considering RevoU, while also keeping the operational side of the admission funnel organized and moving.
In particular, you will:
Keep payment follow-ups moving. Monitor outstanding payments, remind students about deadlines, verify payment statuses, and ensure enrollment records are accurate.
Keep our CRM data clean. Conduct quality checks across HubSpot and Kommo, update lead stages, and ensure the team has accurate information to act on.
Engage prospective students. Respond to inbound emails and Qiscus web visitors promptly and professionally, understand their needs, and encourage qualified leads to schedule a consultation or admission meeting.
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Track pending issues, follow up consistently, and escalate discrepancies or blockers to the right stakeholders.
Learn and improve our systems. Build a strong understanding of internal tools and workflows while identifying opportunities to make repetitive processes more efficient.
📍 Please Note
This role offers a work-from-home setup, with the flexibility and trust that comes with it. We value people who take ownership of their work, communicate proactively, meet commitments, and are accountable for their results
✅ Who You Are
We care more about your ownership, communication, and ability to learn quickly than whether you've worked in admissions before.
You communicate with empathy. You can communicate clearly and professionally while understanding the concerns, questions, and hesitation of prospective students. You know how to make conversations helpful rather than transactional.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You take accuracy seriously, especially when managing payment statuses, CRM records, deadlines, and multiple follow-ups at once.
You follow things through. You don't let tasks disappear after sending one message. You keep track of pending items, follow up consistently, and make sure issues are resolved or properly escalated.
You're comfortable talking to people. Whether through WhatsApp, email, phone, or web chat, you're confident initiating conversations, responding to questions, and guiding prospective students toward the next step.
You're willing to learn new systems. You may not know HubSpot, Kommo, or Qiscus today, but you're comfortable learning new tools and understanding how they fit into a larger workflow.
You have a bias for action. You don't wait to be reminded about every task. When you see something that needs to be followed up or fixed, you take action.
You look for ways to improve. You don't just follow a process because "that's how it's always been done." When you notice repetitive or inefficient work, you're willing to suggest a better way.
You care about education and student outcomes. You understand that behind every lead, payment, and CRM record is a person making an important decision about their education and career. That perspective shows up in how you work.
Nice to have:
Experience in customer service, admissions, sales support, administration, or lead management.
Experience using CRM tools or maintaining customer/lead databases.
Experience handling WhatsApp, email, live chat, or other customer communication channels.
Strong written communication skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.
You don't need to have worked in admissions before. If you're organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and learn quickly, we'd like to talk to you.
