The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for AI tools in the public sector, converting pilot projects and warm leads into recurring revenue. The lead will also build the company's Go-to-Market playbook and collaborate with the founder on strategy and positioning.
Candidates must have proven success in B2B sales for complex software and native or business-fluent German. Experience with public sector procurement is a strong advantage, along with an affinity for AI and digital administration.
