As the Head of India, Finance Planning & Reporting Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will report to the lead of the Finance CoE and be responsible for driving the strategic financial initiatives that enhance our reporting and planning capabilities across the organization. You will design and implement a comprehensive framework for financial analytics and reporting that supports data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This includes leading the development of standardized reporting processes, automating forecasting models, and ensuring the integration of best practices in financial planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Finance CoE.
