Perform residential and commercial property clean outs, maintenance, and construction projects. Manage company assets and communicate with customers regarding the scope of work and paperwork.
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Requires strong communication skills and a willingness to be on-call for 24-hour emergency services.

As a Property Clean Out Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow team members. If you are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic.
