Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of substation and transmission projects while leading a team of engineering professionals. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and align engineering initiatives with business goals.
Requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the electric utility industry and a P.E. license. A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university is required.

The Engineering Manager - Substation will provide engineering expertise and technical support throughout the project lifecycle and support field operations, customer account management, procurement, and key stakeholder groups within Quanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in high voltage substation projects. This position will report to the Engineering Director and be the manager of the substation design teams supporting substation projects across the QISG platform.
