About the Job

As an Investment Intern, you will be immersed in a sophisticated, world-class institutional investment program responsible for approximately $65 billion in assets as of December 31, 2025. The investment program is designed to achieve an annual return of at least 7.3% over long periods of time through a thoughtfully diversified portfolio that spans public and private markets in both domestic and international regions.

 

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Investment Operations Manager, and Senior Portfolio Managers, gaining hands‑on experience across public equity, private credit, real estate, and hedged strategies. This position reports directly to the Investment Operations Manager and indirectly to one or more Senior Portfolio Managers, providing a structured and collaborative environment for learning and professional growth.

 

Your work will support a range of analytical and operational activities, including investment research, data analysis, reporting, and special projects essential to the daily functioning of the investment program. Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a student entering or enrolled in college and pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a related field. A student with a strong desire to earn the Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred. The Investment Intern should bring inellectual curiosity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset, working effectively both independently and as part of a team while building positive relationships across the department.

 

Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a solid understanding of finance and investment concepts, familiarity with financial analysis methods, and the ability to support key administrative processes. Success in this role requires the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations, maintain organized physical and electronic files, and use standard business software proficiently, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with databases is also beneficial and supports the technical aspects of the position.
