The Residential Aide is responsible for monitoring clients, conducting property rounds, and ensuring the daily program schedule is followed. Key duties include assisting with intakes, documenting medication administration, and communicating client behavioral issues to staff.
Candidates should have the ability to identify and document behavioral changes and a basic understanding of addiction and mental health recovery. Prior experience in a behavioral health setting is considered a plus.
