Program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have:
Already in the first phase of your journey, you are fully responsible for your own accounts. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future.
You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom.
Work with key market retailers (like Konzum, dm, Spar) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations.
Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Product Supply).
Participating in accelerated on-the-job and classroom training to develop your personal and professional skills and capabilities
Being supported in independent decision-making and risk-taking
Having an opportunity for a managerial role upon the successful completion of the Traineeship program
