Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment organization to create an injury-free workplace through the implementation of management systems and action plans. Responsibilities include leading incident investigations, tracking HS&E data, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requires a BS or MS degree in Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment and team leadership. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams.

This role will be responsible for leading overall Health Safety and Environment organization to create an interdependent culture enabling injury free workplace.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HS&E management systems, ensuring adherence to standards
Create action plans to achieve HS&E targets and interpret them for modules/departments
Lead HSE incident investigations
Ensure root cause analysis and timely completion of corrective actions
Foster leadership support for HS&E activities and advise on program gaps
Track and report accurate HS&E data to corporate systems
Communicate HSE performance and plans, maintain site scorecard and masterplan
Establish a network of capable Technology and System Owners for HSE objectives
Required
BS or MS degree in Engineering.
2-5 years of Health, Safety and environment experience and team leadership
Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills
An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations
