P&C Assistant bij Primark
Als P&C Assistant zorg je voor een soepel verloop van HR-processen en ondersteun je het People & Culture Team. Je beheert de HR-administratie, verwerkt gegevens en houdt alles up-to-date. Daarnaast behandel je onderwerpen zoals recruitment, personeelsplanning en verzuim. Met jouw kennis ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met HR-vragen over onder andere de CAO, vakantiedagen en salaris.

Wat je doet als een P&C Assistant
Als P&C Assistant zorg je elke dag voor een soepel verloop van HR-processen. Dit doe je door:
Het People & Culture (P&C) Team te ondersteunen in dagelijkse HR-taken.
De HR-administratie bij te houden en up-to-date te houden.
Informatie uit verschillende bronnen te verzamelen en te verwerken in systemen en overzichten.
HR-onderwerpen zoals recruitment, personeelsplanning, verzuim, performance management en payroll te behandelen.
Het eerste aanspreekpunt te zijn voor medewerkers met HR-gerelateerde vragen over CAO, vakantiedagen en salaris.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
Je hebt een relevante MBO 4 opleiding afgerond of volgt deze momenteel.
Je hebt bij voorkeur HR-werkervaring.
Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels.
Je bent stressbestendig, een teamspeler en een aanpakker.
Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, ook in het weekend.
