Dans un contexte marqué par de nombreux changements, le responsable pôle paie apporte son soutien aux gestionnaires paie. C'est une personne de terrain qui veille à ce que les opérations de paie soient effectuées avec un haut niveau de précision.
Vous vous tenez informé de l'évolution de la législation, et contribuez à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures pour le service afin d'atteindre les buts et objectifs spécifiques de la fonction.
Vous faite preuve de flexibilité dans son travail, tissez des relations avec les parties prenantes concernées. Vous vous adaptez à la croissance de l'entreprise.
Vous résolvez les problèmes qui surviennent dans le travail quotidien et transmettez les problèmes plus complexes à ses supérieurs.
Vous analysez et remettez en question les méthodes de travail actuelles afin d'améliorer les processus et les résultats.
Vous travaillez dans le respect de délais serrés.
Vous supervisez une équipe chargée de la paie.
Poste en CDD jusqu'en octobre 2027.
Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience en paie, dont au moins 4 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe dans un environnement dynamique et changeant. Vous êtes habitué à gérer de gros volumes de paies.
Vous avez une formation supérieure ou qualification pertinente en paie et gestion des temps.

▪ Orientation client et capacité à collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes.
▪ Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation française en matière de paie.
▪ Solides compétences analytiques et excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
▪ Expérience en gestion d'équipe.
▪ Compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps pour gérer des priorités multiples, diverses et parfois contradictoires.
▪ Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
▪ Capacité à prendre des décisions.
▪ Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique.
Poste basé au siège à Créteil. Télétravail possible.
