The People & Culture Administrator manages day-to-day HR administrative activities including recruitment, payroll, and employee records. They collaborate with store management to deliver the people agenda and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Candidates should have previous experience as a P&C Administrator, preferably in a retail environment, and a working knowledge of employment legislation. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will work collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. The pay range for this role is: $25.50 to $30.50
This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
