Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the menswear wholesale department, including order entry and system management. Supports the Menswear Sales Director by coordinating market preparations, scheduling appointments, and nurturing customer accounts.
Requires strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint along with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in apparel wholesale distribution, specifically in denim, is required, with a background in merchandising being an advantage.
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our London Sales Team as a Menswear Wholesale Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the menswear wholesale department, supporting the full wholesale order lifecycle. The role supports our Menswear Sales Director to ensure the smooth running of all orders for all menswear accounts.
This role will be responsible for order entry, department administration, ensuring systems are kept up to date, nurturing independent menswear accounts/customers & coordinating menswear market preparation including; scheduling appointments, handling samples and creation of line sheets. The role works closely with womenswear sales and operations & requires strong excel and communication skills.
This role allows for Hybrid working, with 3-4 days in our London office. During Markets & peak sales periods, there is a requirement to be in the office more days.
