The Store Manager is responsible for daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and P&L accountability for labor and margins. They must lead the team of technicians and service advisors while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and maintaining local reputation.
Candidates need at least 3 years of experience as a retail store or assistant manager with a proven ability to manage P&L and inventory. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence in customer service are essential.
