The Process Technician is responsible for managing day-to-day plant operations, including monitoring process quality and packing finished goods. Duties also include driving a forklift and lifting 50 lbs bags.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a positive, dependable attitude. While manufacturing experience in plastic compounding or extrusion is preferred, no prior experience is strictly necessary.

No experience is necessary, but one must have a positive attitude, be dependable, be willing to work hard and work as a team player. The position duties include driving a forklift, lifting 50 lbs bag, packing finished goods, and monitoring process and quality.
Benefits include immediate health insurance (90% of employee insurance is paid by Polyram), life insurance of $50,000, vision and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays and 401K.
