Manage a personal lines book of business by providing coverage guidance, handling policy changes, and conducting account reviews. Support client retention through proactive communication and collaboration with producers and service teams.
Requires an active Property & Casualty license and at least 3 years of personal lines account management experience. Candidates must possess strong coverage knowledge and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
