Coordinate a team of 20 to 50 Runners to ensure efficient order loading and timely customer deliveries. Supervise Hub operations, including goods reception, truck unloading, and general workspace organization.
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma, a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), and fluency in French. Candidates should have experience in team leadership within logistics, catering, or youth supervision and be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Tu as une première expérience dans la gestion d’équipe ou envie d’apprendre ? Nous recherchons un.e Runner + (chef.fe d’équipe) pour notre tout nouveau Hub de Elancourt (78). Ton rôle sera essentiel pour garantir que les courses arrivent à temps chez nos clients !
Dans nos Hubs, véritables centres logistiques, tu coordonneras une équipe de 20 à 50 Runners. Après la réception des commandes depuis notre Fulfilment Center (Centre de préparation de commande) , tu superviseras leur chargement dans des voiturettes électriques (ePv) et t’assureras du bon déroulement des livraisons en en réalisant aussi toi-même. Avec ton implication et ta motivation, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos clients. Rejoins une équipe dynamique et participe à une aventure en plein essor avec plus de 15 Hubs en France !
Organisation des opérations du Hub : superviser la préparation, le rangement et l'organisation générale du Hub pour garantir un environnement de travail efficace et sécurisé.
Encadrement des Runners : former, motiver et accompagner les Runners pour assurer leur performance et leur engagement au quotidien.
Supervision logistique : gérer la réception des marchandises, décharger les camions et veiller au bon déroulement des flux logistiques jusqu’au départ des livraisons.
Gestion des imprévus : intervenir rapidement en cas de problème, en apportant des solutions adaptées et en collaborant avec le Hub Lead si nécessaire.
Livraisons clients : effectuer des livraisons pour garantir la satisfaction des clients, en respectant les délais et en offrant un service de qualité.
