The Operations Supervisor manages a team of 20-25 members to oversee supply chain functions, including replenishment and high-value item management. They are responsible for optimizing labor costs, ensuring safety compliance, and improving operational efficiency to meet customer SLAs.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with 3-5 years of experience in both warehousing/distribution and supervision. Proficiency with WMS (specifically Manhattan WM), RF guns, and interpersonal conflict resolution skills are preferred.
