The Store Colleague is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high pet care standards within the centre. They ensure smooth store operations and build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for pets and customer service. Flexibility is required to work weekends and specific delivery shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 7:00 AM.

The Role:
As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
Availability is required for weekends and our delivery shifts on a Tuesday and Friday starting at 7:00AM.
