The associate is responsible for operating screen-printing equipment, including pulling apparel from presses, loading dryers, and managing screen preparation. They must also maintain organized production counts and ensure high-quality standards throughout the printing process.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of standing for long hours, and able to lift 30 pounds repeatedly. Basic math skills and the ability to follow specific production processes are required for this entry-level role.
