Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive sales of PC spare parts, computer accessories, and IT maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering tailored hardware and service solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key accounts.
  
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for PC spare parts and IT services.
  
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  
• Promote and sell PC spare parts, computer accessories, and maintenance services.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware and service solutions.
  
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, technical support, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support.
  
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  
• Experience in IT hardware, PC spare parts, or computer accessories is preferred.
  
• Candidates with experience in System Integrators or Automotive Spare Parts sales are highly preferred.
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
  
• Good communication and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  
• Good command of English.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of corporate clients, resellers, or IT partners.
  
• Experience selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), break/fix services, or IT support services.
  
• Knowledge of IT procurement processes and corporate sales.
