Design, implement, and support secure network environments across a multi-tenant managed services model. This includes optimizing firewalls, managing escalated incidents, and developing standardized network templates and runbooks.
Requires strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies like Palo Alto and Sophos. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PCNSE are preferred along with strong client-facing communication skills.
