The role involves providing in-person and remote IT support, including equipment installation and network infrastructure upgrades at customer locations. The technician is responsible for resolving end-user concerns and managing various IT projects.
Candidates must have a degree in IT or equivalent experience, with technical proficiency in Windows OS and VLAN programming. Physical ability to use tools and work at heights using ladders or lifts is required.
We are looking for a professional person to join our IT Support Team. The position is deployed to customer locations for in-person support and provide back-end remote support as well. You’ll be able to provide equipment installation, end-user support, network infrastructure installation, network programming, along with other IT projects.
You'll immediately begin working on:
o End user and Network Equipment installations.
o Network infrastructure upgrades to a variety of customer locations.
o Ensuring that end-users’ concerns are listened to, are promptly addressed and their IT problems are effectively resolved
