The School Director oversees daily center operations, including compliance, staffing, and financial performance. They are responsible for mentoring staff, managing enrollment, and fostering a positive, faith-based educational environment.
Candidates must meet Texas licensing requirements for a Center Director and possess valid Director's Credentials. A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, along with at least two years of leadership experience.

As Center School Director, you’ll lead all aspects of center operations—from compliance and staffing to family engagement and financial performance. You’ll ensure your school delivers exceptional care and education while fostering a positive, faith-based culture for staff and families.
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Pay based on experience and education.
