Provide technical support, diagnosis, and maintenance for hardware, software, and network products in a desktop environment. Collaborate with a global IT team to resolve helpdesk tickets and manage mobile device deployment.
Requires advanced knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile operating systems, along with basic networking and server knowledge. A post-secondary degree in IT is preferred, and ITIL foundations are desirable.
