The delivery driver is responsible for transporting groceries to customers using a company van while providing exceptional customer service. They must also collaborate with the online shopping team to resolve service issues and maintain the delivery vehicle's cleanliness and safety.
Candidates must possess a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Proficiency with mobile technology and a customer-focused attitude are essential for this role.

Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
Other duties as assigned.
A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
A clean driver’s abstract.
A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
Experience in a customer service-related role.
A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both days and evenings.
Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
