The Wine Advisor is responsible for providing expert wine recommendations, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring the department is well-stocked and organized. They must deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and engaging shopping environment.
Candidates must be at least 19 years of age and possess or be willing to obtain a Serving It Right certification. A strong work ethic, passion for food and wine, and previous retail customer service experience are highly valued.
