Candidates should possess advanced English skills, an RSA certificate, and basic computer proficiency. A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, though previous experience is not required.

The Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders are responsible for the ongoing delivery of pleasant and prompt service to customers, and the preparation of menu items according to the procedures and processes outlined by GYG. Shift Leaders are to maintain a complete knowledge of GYG menu items, ingredient and procedures at all times in order to proactively and promptly deliver high quality Mexican products.
To be successful in this role, you should have/be:
Previous experience in customer service or food preparation will be regarded but it is not essential. Having the right attitude is the key!
