The PPC Specialist will manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive growth, visibility, and sales across marketplaces. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, managing campaign architecture, and analyzing performance metrics to implement actionable growth strategies.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on Amazon PPC experience and proficiency with the Amazon Advertising Console. Strong analytical skills and experience with third-party marketplace tools like Helium 10 or Data Dive are required.

Currently, we are looking for a PPC Specialist (Amazon) to drive growth across Amazon and other key marketplaces through strategic advertising campaigns that increase visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales.

Keyword research & strategy - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-intent, relevant terms and continuously expand or refine targeting across campaigns.
Campaign architecture & setup - Build, structure, and launch Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns with clear, scalable structures.
Bid management, performance monitoring & optimization - Monitor & optimize campaigns regularly, tracking core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPC, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS) to maximize visibility and profitability.
Data analysis & actionable insights - Go beyond surface-level metrics. Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete, actionable strategies that drive growth.
A/B testing & experimentation - Run tests on ad creatives, keyword match types, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to identify the highest-performing combinations.
Reporting & communication - Deliver clear, regular performance reports with actionable insights - not just numbers, but context on why things changed and what to do next.
Platform awareness & industry trends - Stay current with Amazon Advertising updates, new ad formats, beta features, algorithm changes, and broader e-commerce and digital marketing trends. Familiarity with Walmart Connect PPC or other marketplace platforms is a plus.
AI tools & automation - Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency, streamline workflows, and uncover optimization opportunities. Stay curious and experiment with emerging AI solutions applicable to Amazon PPC and e-commerce.
Hard skills & experience:
1+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience - you've managed real budgets, built campaigns from scratch, and optimized based on data.
Experience working in a multi-brand environment.
Strong command of Amazon Advertising Console - you navigate Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display confidently.
Hands-on experience with seller analytics and optimization tools - such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP), Amazon Marketing Cloud, or similar third-party marketplace software.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills - with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Understanding of key Amazon metrics and their relationships - you know how ACoS, TACoS, organic rank, and overall profitability connect, not just isolated campaign numbers.
Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends - you understand the broader landscape in which Amazon PPC operates.
