We ensure that over 500 of the world’s best-known global and local brands (including Lavazza coffee, Pringles, Kellogg’s, Lipton, Saga, Mutti, Jana, and Milka chocolate drink) reach consumers through retail and HoReCa channels.
We are looking for a new team member to join the Orbico Hungary Retail team in a Trade Marketing Manager position.

Prepare the annual strategic plan for trade marketing activities.
Manage the turnover, profitability (up to GM level), implementation and support of DPSM principles, and marketing spend of the assigned brand.
Monitor and execute plans provided by the principal for new product launches.
Analyze the market and the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
Conduct research on target consumer groups and purchasing habits as needed.
Actively participate in the forecasting process, align with other departments, manage stock levels and handle aging inventory.
Prepare the toolkit for the sales team (plans, listings, distribution, pricing, activities, marketing materials) and ensure stock availability to support launches, product penetration and sales.
Collaborate with other departments and agencies.
Ensure the preparation of reports, presentations and other necessary documentation.
Monitor and execute plans provided by the principal for new product launches.
Actively participate in the forecasting process, align with other departments, manage stock levels and handle aging inventory.
Organize and coordinate promotions and events as needed.
Prepare reconciliations and accruals.
Provide guidelines for in-store placements and train the sales team.
Manage, motivate and develop the Trade Marketing Assistant supporting your area.
Képzettség
Higher education degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in handling agencies, strong communication skills
Creativity, proactivity, ability to work independently
Fluent English (negotiation level)
Confident, strong Excel skills enabling efficient and fast data analysis
Outstanding communication, problem-solvin and negotiation skills
Strong logical, mathematical, and strategic thinking skills
Analytical mindset
User-level computer skills (MS Word, PPT, Outlook, Canva)
Advanced Excel knowledge
Market research and analytical skills
