The Retail Zone Team Leader provides guidance and direction for the operation of a specific zone on the retail sales floor. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, staffing, and ensuring an exceptional customer and associate experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retail environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The Retail Zone Team Leader is required to provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the overall retail sales floor of a store location. The Retail Zone Team Leader oversees a team that is passionate about merchandising and selling merchandise, as well as ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, and customer service oversight.
Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
Oversee process to ensure that merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.
New Hire Starting Pay: $18.17 - $19.17.
