The Assistant Salon Director manages daily salon operations and supervises Tanning Consultants to ensure a client-centric experience. They are responsible for driving store performance, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the Salon Director with revenue and expense control.
Candidates should have strong leadership and customer service skills, with a preference for college education and prior management or sales experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and the physical ability to perform salon cleaning and lifting tasks are required.
