The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations and supervising Tanning Consultants to ensure a client-centric experience. They drive store performance by managing sales, maintaining cleanliness, and coaching team members to meet productivity goals.
Candidates must have previous management and sales experience along with basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. A college education is preferred, and the ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and work flexible hours is required.
