🕒 Job Type: Full-time | Fixed-term Contract (6 months, with possibility of renewal)
📈 Reports to: Individual Giving Specialist
Position Purpose
The Individual Giving Officer – Acquisition & Retention is responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day operations of the organisation’s individual giving programme. The role combines donor acquisition, donor retention and development, oversight of supporter care and telemarketing activities, as well as the establishment of processes and systems that support the long-term growth of Individual Giving.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Giving Development
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the individual giving strategy.
- Develop and implement donor acquisition, retention and upgrade initiatives.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on results and data analysis.
Fundraising Campaigns & Donor Engagement
- Coordinate and implement fundraising campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers and service providers as required.
- Develop supporter engagement and stewardship activities to strengthen donor relationships and loyalty.
Supporter Care & Telemarketing Oversight
- Ensure effective supporter communication and a high-quality donor experience.
- Oversee telemarketing operations and relevant external partners.
- Monitor service quality, compliance with agreed procedures and achievement of performance targets.
Processes, Systems & Reporting
- Support the management and effective use of donor data through CRM and related systems.
- Develop and improve processes, tools and workflows that strengthen the Individual Giving function.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
- Work closely with Communications, Finance and Fundraising teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in fundraising, marketing, donor care or customer relationship management.
- Experience coordinating campaigns and external suppliers or agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Experience with CRM systems and donor databases.
