Lead the day-to-day operations of the apprenticeship program by providing classroom instruction and hands-on training in CNC machining and precision measurement. Supervise apprentices, provide performance feedback, and collaborate with production teams to ensure trainees are prepared for manufacturing environments.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of precision manufacturing experience and previous CNC machining experience. Candidates must be able to interpret blueprints, possess strong leadership skills, and be eligible to comply with U.S. export regulations.
