You will lead local brand activations across Korea by developing memorable events and partnerships that align with the Oatly brand. This involves collaborating with internal teams to manage logistics, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure high-impact market visibility.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in brand activations, events, or marketing and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Seoul food and culture scene. Professional proficiency in both Korean and English is required to effectively build relationships and execute projects.

Someone who knows the city, loves the food and drink scene, gets excited about culture, partnerships and events, and wants to help make Oatly impossible to ignore.

In this role, you'll bring the Oatly brand to life across Korea. You'll lead local brand activations in Seoul and beyond, working closely with our Commercial, Barista, Partnerships, Events and Creative teams to create moments that spark conversation, build connections and make people care about what we do.
Whether it's an industry event, a cultural partnership, a barista community initiative or something completely new that nobody has thought of yet, you'll be at the center of making it happen. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, coordinate the details, and ensure every activation feels unmistakably Oatly.
Bring Oatly's local brand activation calendar to life across Korea.
Develop and deliver memorable events, partnerships and cultural activations.
Collaborate closely with Commercial and Barista teams to support growth in the market.
Spot opportunities to make Oatly more visible, relevant and impossible to ignore.
Manage agencies and suppliers from initial brief through flawless execution.
Support budgeting, planning and reporting across activation projects.
Coordinate production, logistics, staffing and onsite delivery.
Partner with local and global teams to ensure every activation meets the highest standards.

You'll report to the Executive Creative Director, International Markets, and the Country Manager APAC. The role is based in Seoul and requires professional proficiency in both Korean and English.
