The Landscape and Grounds Lead is responsible for maintaining property grounds, including mowing, planting, and hardscape installation. They also perform equipment maintenance, snow removal, and supervise site standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in landscape supervision. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and knowledge of horticultural practices are required.
