The Application Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting various 3rd party enterprise applications such as Jira and GoAnywhere. Key duties include resolving first-level support issues, performing routine health checks, and providing end-user training.
The candidate must be able to handle application monitoring, documentation, and participate in software upgrades. They should be capable of sharing on-call responsibilities and collaborating with business application owners.

The Application Administrator’s role is to work with the business application owner to administer, maintain and support 3rd party applications. Examples of enterprise applications this teams supports and works with end users include Jira and GoAnywhere but there are approximately 6 applications that are supported.
