The Shift Leader supports daily store operations and provides on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. They are responsible for driving sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Candidates must have 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Shift Leader supports the daily operations of our store and delivers an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As part of the store leadership team, the Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the store during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
