The Store Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and achieving financial results through the leadership of a high-performing team. They oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, customer experience, and loss prevention practices.
Candidates need 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in apparel, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Physical ability to handle merchandise and flexible availability for various shifts are also required.

Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager, will lead all aspects of the store’s business with full accountability for driving profitable sales growth and achieving key financial results. Through attracting, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team, you will create a culture focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
