The salesperson is responsible for achieving sales goals through both in-store and digital channels while building lasting customer relationships. Duties include providing style feedback, maintaining department readiness through stocking and cleaning, and promoting the Nordstrom Rewards program.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a strong interest in using technology for sales. Physical ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds is required.
